Ling Kai Terence Teo has a diverse background in deep tech investing, growth equity venture capital, IP management, and project management. Their experience includes roles such as Senior Principal at EDBI Pte Ltd, where they invested in semiconductors, robotics, and energy companies, and Vice President Investments at the San Francisco Office focusing on robotics, AR/VR, and AI. Previous positions include Senior Manager at Exploit Technologies Pte Ltd, and work at MIT Sloan School of Management, DSO National Laboratories, and the Singapore Armed Forces.

Ling Kai Terence Teo completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at the National University of Singapore from 2002 to 2006. Ling Kai Terence proceeded to earn a Master's Degree in System Design and Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2012 to 2013, followed by a Master's Degree in Engineering Systems Design at the Singapore University of Technology and Design from 2013 to 2014.
