Andrew W. has over 20 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Consultant at Magic.Wks Group, Inc. in 1998. Andrew then moved on to become a Senior Business Analyst at statusblue in 1999, followed by a role as Web Director at [R+B] Rabil & Bates Communication Design Company, Inc. in 2003. Andrew also held the role of Director Customer Experience at whitiak.net from 1998 to 2003. In 2003, they became a Brand Ambassador at US Concepts. From 2004 to 2013, they worked at SAIC as a Senior User Experience Designer and Brand Manager, and a User Experience Designer and Section 508 SME. Andrew then moved on to Leidos in 2013, where they were a Senior User Experience Designer and Digital Branding Lead until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, they were a User Experience Lead at Salient CRGT and an Usability Engineering Lead and Agile Program Manager at EDC Consulting LLC. Currently, they are a User Experience (UX) Lead and Principal UX Designer at Research Innovations Incorporated.

Andrew W. has an extensive educational background. In 2018, they earned a Professional Certification from the MIT School of Engineering in Innovation and Technology.
