Teresa Vallelonga has been working in Human Resources since 2003. Teresa began their career at Wells Landers Group, where they were a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they were a strategic member of the senior management team responsible for the tactical direction, goals, and missions of the HR Department. Teresa supervised an HR Department of four and created, developed and implemented Human Resource policies and procedures, and trained employees and management to ensure compliance.
From 2009 to 2013, they worked at LynxBridge, LLC as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they were a strategic member of the senior management team responsible for the tactical direction, goals, and missions of the Human Resources Department. Teresa supervised an HR Department of two and created, developed and implemented corporate and departmental policies and procedures, and trained employees to ensure compliance.
In 2013, Teresa Vallelonga began working as a Federal Benefits/ Human Resources/ Payroll Specialist (Consultant) at Lockheed Martin. In this role, they applied federal benefits regulations, policies, procedures in the processing of benefits transactions, health benefits, life insurance, thrift savings plan, health benefit court orders, leave without pay (personal, worker compensation, military), civilian service deposits, service computation dates, retirement estimates, military service deposits, FERS and CSRS retirement applications, and death processing. Teresa also developed advanced knowledge of Federal Government Human Resources processing and tracking to accomplish daily tasks.
In 2014, they began working at Taveekan Capital as a Human Resources Manager. In this role, they guided and managed the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programs. Teresa also led the development of department goals, objectives, and systems, and provided leadership for Human Resources strategic planning.
Currently, Teresa Vallelonga is employed at EDC Consulting LLC as a Human Resources Manager.
Teresa Vallelonga obtained an Associates of Business Administration degree from Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC) in 2003, after studying Business Administration and Management, General from 2000 to 2003. Teresa also obtained two certificates from Northern Virginia Community College in June 2003: a Certificate of Business Management and a Certificate of Business Technology.
