Emily Marcus Falda is a seasoned professional in economic development and urban planning, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Executive Director of the New York City Industrial Development Agency and Build NYC Resource Corporation at the New York City Economic Development Corporation since September 2017. In prior roles at NYCEDC, Emily held various positions, including Vice President and Senior Project Manager, focusing on structuring transactions to facilitate access to public development financing for growing businesses. Emily's experience includes redevelopment management at Redevelopment Management Associates and planning support at the Hillsborough County City County Planning Commission. Emily has a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Economic Development from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Political Economy from Tulane University, where graduated Cum Laude.
