Justin Kreamer

Justin Kreamer is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Senior Vice President at the New York City Economic Development Corporation since August 2019. With a strong background in partnership development and strategic initiatives, Kreamer previously held the position of Vice President Partnerships & Chief of Staff from June 2016 to August 2019, focusing on nurturing collaborations with various stakeholders to enhance industrial growth. Earlier roles include Research Fellow positions at both Cypress Hills Local Development Corporation and HUD, where Kreamer contributed to high-impact civic projects and policy development. Additionally, Kreamer has experience as a Senior Consultant at The Gallup Organization and has engaged in volunteer work as a Teacher/Counselor in Africa. Kreamer holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing from The George Washington University.
