Dennis Palmer has over 10 years of experience in various technical roles. Dennis started their career in the United States Air Force as an Aircraft Electrical & Environmental Systems Specialist, where they gained expertise in maintaining electrical wiring, troubleshooting and replacing wire connectors, and maintaining aircraft systems. After leaving the Air Force, they worked as a Central Control Trainer for Phoenix Sky Train at BOMBARDIER TRANSPORTATION (HOLDINGS) ITALY S.P.A., where they performed server maintenance, created standard operating procedures, and conducted software revisions and regression testing. Dennis then joined the City of Phoenix as an Electronic Systems Specialist, responsible for evaluating, troubleshooting, and repairing the Intelligent Transportation System infrastructure. Currently, they are working at EDCi as a Managed Services Engineer, providing tier 2 support for client systems and managing existing environments.

Dennis Palmer attended Fox Valley Technical College from 2019 to 2020, where they studied Network and System Administration/Administration. Prior to that, they enrolled at Estrella Mountain Community College from 2017 to 2018, focusing on Microsoft Networking Technology. Their educational journey began in 2007 at the Community College of the Air Force, where they pursued Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology until 2008.
