Elizabeth Yedla

Elizabeth Yedla began their work experience in 2005 at Citizens Energy Group, where they held various roles including Systems Analyst and later Telephony Manager. Elizabeth then joined EDCi in 2011 as a Senior Software Engineer and eventually moved up to the role of Principal Engineer in June 2017.

Elizabeth Yedla has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University. In addition, they have obtained the ICCE - Interaction Center Certified Engineer certification from Genesys in March 2019. No specific start or end years are provided for their education.
