Michelle Flowers

Michelle Flowers has a diverse range of experience in education, beginning as a 4th grade teacher at Achievement First in 2007. Michelle later served as a Dean of Students at Explore Charter School from 2012 to 2013, and then as an Elementary School Principal and Dean of Students at Ascend Public Charter Schools from 2013 to 2019. In 2020, they became the Director of Teaching and Learning at Sports Leadership And Management Academy (SLAM), and in 2021, they worked as a GCSA Incubator Fellow at Georgia Charter Schools Association. Currently, they are an Instructional Coach at EdConnective since 2023.

Michelle Flowers earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle between 2003 and 2007. Michelle then pursued a Master of Education degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education from 2008 to 2010.
