Michael Wehby

Michael Wehby has extensive experience in allocation, inventory strategy, and merchandise planning within the retail industry. Currently serving as the Director of Allocation and Director of Inventory Strategy at Eddie Bauer since August 2014, Michael leads initiatives to enhance planning and allocation processes. Prior roles include Allocation Manager, overseeing a team responsible for omni distribution across various categories, and Merchandise Planning Manager, handling financial planning for women's apparel and accessories. Before Eddie Bauer, Michael worked at Sears Holdings Corporation from September 2006 to July 2014, where responsibilities included managing a team for Kmart's Footwear Business Unit and coaching allocation strategies. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Miami University.
