Bill Vezeau

Bill Vezeau has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Executive Regional Director and General Manager at Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood since October 2007. Prior to this role, Bill was the Owner and General Manager of El Coyote Grill Tex Mex Steakhouse from October 2006 to September 2007. Bill's career began at American Golf Corporation, where positions held included F&B Director, General Manager, and Regional Manager from April 1999 to September 2006. Bill Vezeau holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington, earned from 1981 to 1986.
