Currently serving as Area Manager for Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood since May 2017, Tim has previously held general management roles at both Devon Seafood Grill and Eddie Merlot's Prime Aged Beef and Seafood, where responsibilities included hiring, training, and operational compliance. Tim played a crucial role in launching new restaurant openings and maintaining an award-winning wine list, demonstrating expertise in beverage program oversight. With prior experience as Assistant General Manager at Georgio's Chicago Pizzeria and Pub and Beverage Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House, where Tim earned the "Certified Wine Sommelier" certificate, a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations and Advertising from Clarke University further complements Tim's professional portfolio.
