Pratik Patel

Pratik Patel was a Senior Software Development Engineer at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from 2015 to 2022, where they played key roles in building business-critical systems with high scalability and reliability. In 2019, they were promoted to a leadership role at AWS in Proactive Security, leading engineering work for an organization of four teams and approximately 30 engineers. In 2021, they co-founded Zay Codes, a blockchain development shop that built out a development team of up to 15 members and focused on the Flow Blockchain before it was acquired by Dapper Labs in 2022. At Dapper Labs, Patel joined as a Senior Software Engineer II and worked with a team within Developer Experience, accelerating growth of the Flow Blockchain and driving partnerships with top-tier IP owners/companies. Patel is currently set to become the Chief Technology Officer at eddii in 2023, a company revolutionizing diabetes management through innovative virtual health solutions.

Pratik Patel attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2010 to 2014. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Masters of Science (MS) degree in a dual major of Computer Science and Computer Engineering.
