Rustam Verdi

Rustam Verdi has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rustam currently holds the position of Head of Sales at eddress, which they started in June 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Sales Advisor at AI REV starting in April 2023. From December 2022, Rustam was the Founder of AV Security Technologies, where they focused on upgrading CCTV infrastructure with AI-powered object detection and cloud storage.

Before their current roles, Rustam worked at iLobby® Facility & Visitor Management from 2019 to 2023. During this time, they held various positions, including Senior Manager, Sales and Sales Manager, where they sold cloud-based Visitor Management solutions to enterprise clients. At Travelers, they were an Account Executive from 2018 to 2019, managing and growing a portfolio of construction businesses.

Rustam also gained experience at KazBusiness E-Procurement Solutions from 2011 to 2017, where they served as a Sales Team Lead and Account Executive, responsible for selling enterprise-grade procurement software and developing new business strategies in Central Asia and Eastern Europe.

Rustam Verdi's education history begins with their high school graduation from Kazakh-Turkish High-School, spanning from 2001 to 2006. Rustam then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at Tufts University from 2007 to 2011. Following this, Rustam attended the Schulich School of Business at York University, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Rustam Verdi has also obtained two certifications. Rustam completed the "Understanding Body Language in Business" program offered by Allan Pease in April 2015. Moreover, they completed a certification in "Leadership in Management" at the Adizes Institute in June 2015.
