Stephan van der Niet

Stephan van der Niet is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in developing and executing integrated communication strategies across various sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Communications Consultant and Account Director at Edelman Amsterdam since September 2022, Stephan specializes in brand building and reputation management in corporate environments. Prior roles include Communications Advisor at Leiden University Medical Center, focusing on internal communication and strategic positioning, as well as leading communication for IT, digital innovation, and data-driven projects. Earlier positions at Edelman included roles ranging from Senior Marketing & Communications Consultant to Account Executive, where Stephan was involved in marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C communications in an international context. Stephan holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from the University of Amsterdam and is currently pursuing leadership studies at YEARTH Academy.
