Andrew Band, CFP® CRPC™ AAMS™ has extensive experience in the financial industry. Andrew is currently working as the Director of Financial Planning at Edelman Financial Engines, where they focus on providing personalized comprehensive financial plans for their clients. Before joining Impact Consulting, LLC, Andrew held various roles at Fidelity Investments, including Vice President and Branch Office Manager. During their time at Fidelity, they successfully led a turnaround of a declining branch, restructuring the staff and rebuilding team morale and client trust. Andrew also coached consultants on financial planning standards and drove significant increases in business performance. Prior to Fidelity, Andrew worked as a Branch Manager at TD Ameritrade and a Financial Consultant at IFMG Securities.

Andrew's early career included roles as a Financial Consultant at Wells Fargo and a Financial Advisor at American Express Financial Advisors. With their extensive experience and financial certifications, Andrew brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
