Charles Rapp

Charles Rapp has a diverse work experience ranging from the financial sector to the food service industry. Charles started their career in 2000 as a Waiter's Assistant and Chef at Bellini's Italian Ristorante and worked there until 2004. Charles then worked at La Luna Mexican Cafe as a Server and Bartender from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they became a Sushi Chef at Gai Jin Sushi for a year. From 2010 to 2011, Charles worked at Pachinko Parlor, where they served as a Sushi Chef, Trainer, Server, and Spanish Speaking HR Consultant. In 2013, they joined ISS | Institutional Shareholder Services as an SCAS Analyst, where they worked until 2016. During this role, they managed client relationships, trained new employees, created an income forecasting model, and collaborated with developers to create recognized loss models for clients. From 2016 to 2018, Charles worked as a Financial Advisor at Morgan Stanley, where they worked with successful professionals and business owners to help them achieve their financial goals. Currently, Charles holds the position of Director, Financial Planning at Edelman Financial Engines, which they started in 2018.
