Erin Lovering

Erin (O'Brien) Lovering has over 30 years of experience in the field of human resources. Erin is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Edelman Financial Engines, where they previously held the roles of Senior Vice President Human Resources and Vice President Human Resources. In 2023, Erin also became an Advisory Board Member for UNICORN in every stall, an organization dedicated to promoting health and equity in period care. Prior to that, they worked at Fidelity Investments in various leadership roles within the HR department, including Head of HR for Fidelity Healthcare and APS, Vice President of HR for Fidelity Enterprise Services/Innovation Strategy, and Vice President of HR for Fidelity Asset Management. Erin started their career as a Human Resources Associate at ITT Sheraton.

Erin (O'Brien) Lovering received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the years 1988-1992. Later, they obtained a Masters degree in Organizational Development and HR Management from Lesley University in the years 1995-1997.
