Melissa Madi

Melissa Madi, CPP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Melissa is currently working at Edelman Financial Engines as an HR M&A Project Lead since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at AssuredPartners, where they held various roles including Corporate Director of Employee M&A from January 2021 to September 2022, Acquisition Implementation Manager from June 2017 to January 2021, and Benefits/Records/Payroll Manager from April 2014 to June 2017. In this last role, Melissa was responsible for processing payroll, managing reporting, and maintaining compensation records. Before joining AssuredPartners, they were a Staff Accountant at Gateway Community Action Agency from April 2011 to November 2013, and an Asset Administrator at NFI from June 2009 to April 2011.

Melissa Madi, CPP holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Accounting from Cumberland County College. Melissa has also earned a certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the American Payroll Association (APA) in 2020. In 2023, they completed the Textio Equitable Performance Feedback certification from Textio.
