Thomas Nemec

Thomas Nemec, CMFC®, has extensive experience in the financial services industry. Thomas started their career at Fidelity Investments in 1998, where they served in various roles, including Mutual Fund Sales Representative, Premium Service Representative, and Fixed Income Specialist. In these roles, they provided clients with expertise on income generation during retirement and the suitability of fixed income investments. In 2008, Thomas joined Edelman Financial Engines as the Director of Financial Planning. In this role, they used comprehensive financial planning tools to help clients understand and achieve their financial goals.

Thomas Nemec, CMFC®, completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Ohio University from 1992 to 1996. Thomas also obtained additional certifications including a life and health insurance license from the State of Ohio in 2021, and a CMFC certification from the College for Financial Planning in March 2011.
