Elena Grotto

Elena Grotto is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in business transformation and employee experience. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Business Transformation Group Head at Edelman, Elena provides strategic counsel to Fortune 500 clients, focusing on enhancing the employee journey through data-driven insights and operational recommendations. In addition to this role, Elena is an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Strategy at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where the course taught emphasizes the importance of aligning corporate culture with business strategy. Previously, Elena held various roles at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago, including Associate Director of Marketing and Media Relations, where responsibilities included brand strategy and executive communications.
