Jessica Barrutia

Jessica Barrutia is an accomplished public relations professional with extensive experience in leading strategic communication campaigns. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Edelman since May 2021, Jessica has held various leadership titles including Senior Vice President and Vice President. Prior tenure at Ketchum included roles as Vice President and Managing Account Supervisor, among others. Jessica also contributed to Lookingglass Theatre Company as a Junior Board member and Vice President of PR and Marketing. Earlier work experience includes positions at Hill+Knowlton Strategies and MWW Group, where responsibilities encompassed managing client relations and executing PR campaigns. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication and Spanish from the University of Chicago and Northern Illinois University.
