Katie Lowman is an accomplished professional in the fields of strategic planning and community engagement, currently serving as Executive Vice President and Group Strategy Director of Food & Beverage at Edelman since February 2021. As Founder and President of Kitchen Possible, established in 2017, Katie leads efforts to empower children through cooking lessons in underserved neighborhoods in Chicago. Previous experience includes roles at FCB Chicago from September 2014 to February 2021, where titles ranged from Senior Vice President to Strategic Planning Director, and roles at mcgarrybowen and Ignite Social Media. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising with a minor in Psychology from Appalachian State University and participated in the AAAA Institute of Advanced Advertising Studies program in 2012.
