Léa Mélin

Léa Mélin is a Research Scientist and Team Leader currently working at EDELRIS, focusing on project and team management while developing new covalent modalities and molecular glues. They earned a PhD in organic and medicinal chemistry from UQAM, where they designed inhibitors of gene expression regulators involved in cancer. Previously, Léa held various positions in prominent institutions, including a Medicinal Chemist at the Broad Institute and an Organic Chemist at L'École Normale Supérieure de Lyon, contributing to diverse projects in organic synthesis and cancer diagnostics. Léa completed a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Chemistry from the Ecole supérieure de Chimie Physique Electronique de Lyon and a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1.
