Sinah Vetterli

Sinah Vetterli is a highly experienced professional in the hospitality and aviation sectors, currently serving as Maître de Cabine Intercontinental at Edelweiss Air AG since April 2017. In this role, Sinah leads a team of up to 12 crew members, focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, and ensures high-quality standards through coaching and management based on key performance indicators. Prior to Edelweiss Air, Sinah gained valuable experience as a trainee at PwC, where project participation involved service quality assessments for luxury hotels, as well as roles in front office operations and catering services at esteemed establishments like The Dolder Resort and Geneva-Chefs GmbH. Sinah's career began at Capita, supporting customers in multiple languages while resolving technical inquiries. Sinah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hospitality Management from EHL, achieved from 2013 to 2017.
