Faisal Lakdawala

Faisal Lakdawala has a strong work experience in the financial services industry. Faisal started their career at ICICI Bank in 2004 as a Manager in Cash Management Services Operations. Faisal then joined HSBC in 2007, where they held various roles including Manager of Quality Assurance, Associate Vice President of Quality Assurance, Vice President of Strategy & Business Support, and SVP of Production Management. In 2014, they moved to JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Vice President in Corporate and Investment Banking. Faisal later joined IDFC Bank in 2016 as the Director of Operational Excellence and Projects Head for COO Functions. Currently, Faisal is the Chief Operating Officer of Investment Banking at Edelweiss Financial Services since 2018.

Faisal Lakdawala obtained a degree in Financial Risk Management from the Global Association of Risk Professionals from 2012 to 2013. Faisal also obtained a CFA degree from the CFA Institute from 2007 to 2011. Furthermore, they obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2000 to 2003 and a B.Com degree from the University of Mumbai from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they have obtained a certification as a Financial Risk Manager from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
