Ragvan TR has an extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Ragvan started their career at HDFC BANK LTD as an Assistant Manager in Branch Operations from September 2000 to December 2004. Ragvan then joined Tata AIG General Insurance as a Manager, where they handled Process Delivery and Quality for Personal Lines of Business, focusing on process design, implementation, and business process re-engineering projects.

In 2009, Ragvan joined ING LIFE INSURANCE as a Deputy General Manager, taking charge of Distribution Operations, Process Management, System Support, and HR Shared Services. Ragvan successfully executed the company's ISO 9001:2008 certification and also became a certified ISO Lead auditor.

Moving on, Ragvan served as Vice President at Exide Life Insurance from May 2013 to June 2017. Ragvan held two roles during their tenure, Vice President and General Manager of Customer Service Operations - West. Ragvan was responsible for leading and implementing customer service processes, devising customer retention and engagement programs, and improving asset management through effective renewal collections practices.

Then, Ragvan joined Swiss Re as Head of Business Services BLR in June 2017 and was later promoted to Vice President. Ragvan continued to excel in their role until March 2020, when they transitioned to become the Head of Strategy and Operations for Asia at Swiss Re Global Business Solutions India Private Limited in Bangalore.

Currently, Ragvan TR holds the position of National Operations Manager - Associate Director at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited since May 2021. With their extensive experience in various leadership roles, they bring significant expertise and knowledge to their current position.

Ragvan TR completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce from the University of Calcutta from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, Ragvan TR obtained an ISO 27001 Master - Information Security Certification from DNV in the year 2017.
