Seema Naik

Seema Naik has over 25 years of work experience in various financial services companies. Seema started their career at Omni Media Pvt Ltd as an Executive Client Servicing, where they worked for three years. Seema then joined Standard Chartered Bank as an Officer for two years.

After that, they worked at Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Ltd as an Assistant Manager for seven years, where they managed operations related to loan against shares/mutual funds and ESOP financing.

Seema then joined DSP Merrill Lynch Capital Ltd as a Senior Specialist and later as a Manager - Operations, where they handled overall operations of loan against shares/mutual funds, IPO financing, and margin financing.

Later, Seema worked at India Infoline Ltd as an AVP - Operations for three years, and at L&T Finance as a Chief Manager - Credit and Risk for three years.

Currently, Seema is working at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited as a Vice President - Wholesale Operations. Seema specializes in process improvement, complex problem-solving, and regulatory compliance.

Seema Naik completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting from the University of Mumbai. Seema also pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and Financial Management Services (PGDM) from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning in 2004. Seema completed their secondary education at Fatima Devi English High School, where they obtained their SSC degree.
