Shama Asnani

Shama Asnani has a strong background in HR and leadership roles in various companies. Shama is currently a Board Member for Edelweiss Retail Finance Limited and Edelweiss Housing Finance Limited. From 2018 to present, they served as the Senior Executive Vice President & Head HR - Credit Business Group at Edelweiss Financial Services Limited. Prior to that, they held senior positions at PwC, including Senior Director and Executive Director Human Capital. Shama also worked at KPMG as an Associate Director, overseeing HR functions and leading the Organisation Engagement portfolio for KPMG India. Shama Asnani's career began at ATCO, where they served as a CCRM, focusing on HR monitoring and talent management.

Shama Asnani obtained a Certification in General Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2009-2010.
