Jim Fader is the Co-Founder & CEO of Eden Brew, a company that specializes in creating animal-free dairy products. Prior to that, Jim has held various high-level positions in companies such as Main Sequence Ventures, Woolworths Group, and EcoReps. Jim has a Bachelor of Economics and Commerce from the University of Adelaide and has a strong background in business development and product management.

From our point of view, cow’s milk is the cream of the crop when it comes to meal times. The world’s expanding middle class and global population, is driving a protein demand that will need an evolution in dairy to help nourish the world sustainably.
