Lauren Rose

Lauren (Moller) Rose currently serves as Executive Vice President of Media Planning at Eden Collective, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren held various leadership positions at Horizon Next from June 2017 to August 2025, including Vice President, Managing Director of Business Solutions, and VP, Director of Business Solutions. Lauren also served as Brand Group Director and Media Director at Performics from May 2014 to June 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing integrated media plans across diverse industries such as healthcare, entertainment, and telecommunications. Earlier experience includes working at Omnicom Group as a Strategy Supervisor and Senior Strategist, and prior roles at Horizon Media and Ambient Planet. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business in 2007, following education at Middletown High School South from 2000 to 2003.
