Shahar Dallal

Shahar Dallal has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shahar is currently serving as the Director of Operations and HR for USA Galleries at Eden Gallery, where they oversee the day-to-day running of the business and manages HR functions. Prior to this, Shahar worked at the Israeli Ministry of Defense as a Team Leader in Naval and Logistics procurement, managing a portfolio of $1.6B and handling multi-year procurement projects. Shahar also served as a Senior HR Coordinator at the Israeli Ministry of Health, where they spearheaded organizational analysis and implemented changes to streamline work processes. Shahar has experience in media as well, working as a Senior Editor at Sport1, where they managed sections of the website and created high-quality content. Shahar'searly career includes positions in the Israel Defense Forces, where they held roles such as Head of Recruitment Department in the Reserve Division, Officer Course Commander in the HR Division, Vice-Head of HR for a Brigade, Battalion Head of HR, and HR Planning Officer at the Technological and Logistics Directorate. In these roles, they advised on draft measures, provided specialized training, managed HR processes, and participated in workforce re-organization and efficiency initiatives.

Shahar Dallal received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, majoring in Human Resource Management, from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. This educational achievement took place from 2002 to 2004.
