OUR MISSION/VISION At Eden Health, we are proud of the services we offer, but even more important than what we do is how we do it. Our Mission, Vision, and Core Values not only reflect our standards of excellence, but also our culture of caring. As we strive to provide the highest quality care to our patients, our Mission and Vision remind us that a career in healthcare is more than a job—it’s an opportunity and a privilege. Our Mission and Vision statement focus on our commitment to addressing specific needs, providing hands-on care and services, helping families through tough situations, and supporting our fellow employees. Our Core Values are designed to help us achieve our Mission and Vision. Through integrity, dedication, and empathy we are able to deliver the highest quality of care, build relationships, and go out of our way to create meaningful experiences throughout our continuum of care. OUR CORE VALUES Our values are the cornerstones of the relationships we work to build. Integrity, dedication, and empathy are reflected throughout our culture of caring. We are proud of the services we offer, but even more important than what we do is how we do it. At Eden Health, we want our patients and their families to feel cared for and supported. Our core values were updated to reflect our commitment to delivering the highest quality of care with integrity, dedication and empathy. Integrity We put integrity first in every sense of the word. From everyday details, such as listening and following through on simple requests, to larger aspects that extend to our principles and the expectations of employees–we’re committed to improving the lives of each person we serve and employ. We believe our reputation is communicated through our daily actions. Dedication During stressful times of transition, we take on the burden and bridge the gap from hospital to home.
