Chris Arthur

Chris Arthur is an experienced real estate development professional with a robust background in managing affordable housing and multifamily projects across the United States. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate Development at Eden Housing, Inc. since December 2019, Chris previously held the position of Director at The Landbourn Company, where responsibilities included entitlement and development of diverse real estate projects. Prior experience includes the role of Senior Development Manager at National Community Renaissance, focusing on new development opportunities, as well as Project Manager positions at Palm Communities and Chelsea Investment Corporation, overseeing financing and development from acquisition to construction. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of San Diego.
