Elsa Solis

Elsa Solis has extensive experience in property management, currently serving as Property Supervisor and Community Manager at Eden Housing, Inc. since October 2017. Prior roles include Property Manager at RURAL COMMUNITIES HOUSING DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION from May 2015 to October 2017, and Property Manager at San Joaquin Housing Authority from April 1997 to June 2012, where compliance with HUD and RD regulatory agreements was a primary responsibility. Additionally, Elsa worked as a Patient Service Representative at San Joaquin General Hospital from April 2013 to May 2015, focusing on patient admissions and financial assessments.
