Erik Berden

After his chemical engineering degree at Delft University, Erik joined Unilever as technical innovation and operations manager before moving into strategy consulting. For fifteen years he worked for Kearney and mainly BCG Amsterdam focusing on Private Equity and the Consumer Goods/Retail sector. He then spent two years in Singapore as EVP Category Management at Lazada (now part of Alibaba). Back in the Netherlands, he joined SparkOptimus as partner to engage and support corporate clients on their digital transformation journeys.

He joined Eden McCallum in 2021. He loves leveraging his broad mix of consulting & industry experience to drive pragmatic, lasting impact for his clients.

Outside of work Erik loves to cook, pretend to be a gardener, and to engage in many sports such as tennis, mountain biking and fitness.
