Lara van Weegen

Lara van Weegen currently serves as a Manager in the Talent Team at Eden McCallum, where responsibilities involve collaborating with in-house Client Partners to assemble project teams of independent consultants and experts. Prior to this role, Lara operated as an independent consultant focusing on training, coaching, and management in business contexts at LUMINA from January 2020 to November 2022. Previous experience includes working as a Strategy Consultant at Boston Consulting Group from September 2015 to June 2018 and participating in the De Nationale DenkTank. Lara has also engaged in international leadership forums with the Science and Technology Leadership Association. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Logic (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam, a visiting research stint at Stanford University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics (cum laude) from the University of Amsterdam, complemented by a summer leadership course at King's College London.
