Sung-Jin Park

Sung-Jin Park is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and academia. Since April 2007, Sung-Jin Park has served as co-Founder and CTO of Eden Park Illumination, Inc., while also co-founding multiple organizations including Eden Park Foundation (December 2019 - Present), Cygnus Photonics (January 2019 - Present), EPL Power Electronics (January 2019 - Present), and EP Purification, Inc. (MPO3 Tech) (April 2010 - Present). In academia, Sung-Jin Park has held positions as Adjunct Professor and Visiting Professor at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign since February 2004, and served as Project Professor at The University of Tokyo from May 2019 to January 2020. Previously, Sung-Jin Park worked as a Senior Research Scientist for the Electro-0580 Project under the Ministry of Information and Communication in Korea from January 2002 to January 2004, and as a Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from 1999 to 2001.
