Currently serving as a Senior Legal Recovery Officer at EdenPark since May 2018, Joao manages overdue subprime accounts that necessitate advanced negotiation skills and legal intervention in Small Claims Court. Additionally, Joao has held the position of Collections Manager at Debt Control Agency since September 2016 and previously served as a Collection Supervisor at Mikali Financial Capital. Joao also possesses entrepreneurial experience as an Owner Manager.
