Matthew Gonzalez has extensive experience in senior living management, currently serving as Executive Director at Dial Senior Living since October 2021. Prior roles include Assistant Executive Director at Asbury Gardens Senior Living and various Executive Director positions at Brookdale, Travanse Living, and Autumn Leaves Memory Care. Matthew began their career as an Assistant Administrator at Alden Estates. Matthew holds a Master of Social Work degree from Governors State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Illinois State University.
