Mordy Polstein is the current COO at EDEN SENIOR CARE LLC. Mordy has held various roles at multiple facilities and corporate level responsibilities. Mordy has also been a property manager, managing and leasing 250,000 square feet of commercial office space.

Mordy Polstein received their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from DePaul Driehaus College of Business. Mordy also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Talmudic Studies from Hebrew Theological College.
