Sima Lerman

Sima Lerman is the current Chief Marketing Officer at EDEN SENIOR CARE LLC. Sima has worked in the financial and marketing industry for over 20 years. Sima started their career at Merrill Lynch as an Associate in 2000. In 2005, they transitioned to MetLife where they worked as a Financial Planner and Financial Services Representative for seven years. In 2013, Sima became the Vice President of Business Development at Olympia Group, LLC. Sima served in this role for five years before being promoted to President of Business Development in 2017. Sima left Olympia Group in 2018 to join Villa Healthcare as their Regional Business Development Manager. Sima spent two years at Villa Healthcare before joining Advantage Living Centers as their Vice President of Operations and Business Development in 2020. Sima remained with Advantage Living Centers until November 2021 when they accepted their current position at EDEN SENIOR CARE LLC.

Sima Lerman has a MBA in Finance & Marketing from the Quinlan School of Business at Loyola University Chicago and a BA & BS in English & Psychology from Stern College of New York.
