David Behnke

David Behnke is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in strategic planning, risk management, and overall financial oversight. Currently serving as CFO at Dowco, Inc. since May 2013, David previously held the role of Assistant Regional Controller at Advanced Disposal from July 2009 to April 2013, where responsibilities included managing financial operations for the area and supervising multiple controllers. David's career at Dowco, Inc. began in April 2001 and progressed through various leadership positions, including Accounting Manager, Controller, and Director of Finance. Earlier in David's career, experience as a Staff Accountant at Hawkins Ash CPAs from 1989 to 1994 laid a strong foundation for financial expertise. David earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where studies took place from 1985 to 1988.
