Roberta Chetta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and administrative support. Since June 2018, Roberta has served as Team Leader for customer operations at Edenred Italia, overseeing the RED Team dedicated to assisting major clients and merchants, ensuring adherence to quality standards and customer-first service. Prior roles include providing affiliate reimbursement assistance, managing electronic invoicing, and resolving technical and administrative issues. Prior to Edenred, Roberta was an Administrative Assistant at AFstudio Consulting, where responsibilities included reception management, correspondence organization, and handling various administrative tasks. Roberta holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Università degli Studi di Milano-Bicocca and a classical maturity diploma from Liceo Classico Matteo Spinelli.
