Silvia Elli

Silvia Elli currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Edenred Italy since November 2022, and has held a temporary assignment as HR Manager for Talent Acquisition. Prior to Edenred, Silvia worked at NoDoubt from October 2020 to February 2024, where positions included Senior Director in Finance & Professional Services and TA Advisory Lead, as well as Director and Associate Partner roles. Previous experience includes a significant tenure at Korn Ferry from July 2007 to September 2020 as Managing Consultant in the Consumer & Financial Officers Practice for EMEA. Additional roles were held at Arethusa and Horton International from 2001 to 2007. Silvia holds a degree from Università degli Studi di Milano, completed in 2001, and graduated from Liceo Scientifico Ballerini in 1994.
