Jennifer Galster is a seasoned talent acquisition and employer branding professional with extensive experience in leading recruitment teams across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Wilken Software Group, Jennifer oversees a team of four and drives both operational and strategic initiatives. Previously, Jennifer held the position of Lead Global Talent Acquisition at Natuvion, managing a team of three, and excelled as a Global Senior Recruiter responsible for recruitment strategies in Australia and the U.S. At LinkedIn, Jennifer acted as the Talent Sourcing Partner for EMEA & LATAM, focusing on sourcing German-speaking roles and fostering inclusive hiring practices.
