Tobias Kederer

Tobias Kederer is an experienced professional in customer experience and professional services, currently serving as the SVP of Customer Experience at Edenred Pay USA since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kederer worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as the Head of Sustainability & Migrations/Modernization, where responsibilities included scaling the migration consulting team across EMEA and achieving significant revenue growth. Kederer also founded The Delivery Advisory Group, LLC, focusing on enhancing capabilities for B2B software companies, and held key positions at MedeAnalytics and Colibrium, where Kederer was instrumental in restructuring operations and revitalizing delivery teams. Kederer holds an Executive Leadership Program certification from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ferris State University.
