Wendy Carter

Wendy Carter began their work experience in 2005 at Stock Development as a Purchasing - Options Coordinator and later became a Superintendent. In 2008, they joined Serenity Pool & Spa LLC/Stock Development as an Operations Manager and eventually became the Vice President. In 2017, Wendy joined Edenred Pay USA, starting as the Manager of Operations and Hospitality before being promoted to VP of Customer Service Operations and finally becoming the Chief Operating Officer in January 2019.

Wendy Carter holds an Executive Scholar Certificate in Growth & Innovation from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, which they obtained from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, Wendy earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Southern Wesleyan University. Additionally, Wendy has pursued studies in Exercise Physiology at both the University of South Carolina and Appalachian State University. Wendy has also completed a certification in Accounts Payable Solution Consulting from the Institute of Finance and Management in May 2018, and another certification as a Certified Building Professional from The Association of Pool and Spa Professionals in October 2016. Wendy also has a certificate in Operations Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education but it is not specified when they obtained it.
