Aline F. Fachinetti

Aline F. Fachinetti serves as the Regional Data Protection Senior Manager at Edenred, a role held since May 2021, and oversees data protection for the Americas region. Additionally, Aline is a Counselor at REDE LÍDERES DIGITAIS and cofounder and General Director of Juventude Privada, an NGO focused on promoting privacy and data protection awareness among youth. Aline also coordinates the Privacy Operations Course at Future Law and previously worked as a Privacy and Data Protection Specialist and Senior Counsel at Grupo Yamaha Brasil. Earlier experience includes a managerial role at EY, where Aline focused on digital law and GDPR matters. Aline's educational background includes a Master of Laws with Distinction from The University of Edinburgh and various specialized courses in law and project management.
