Stefano Bianchini

Stefano Bianchini is a Design Director and International Researcher with over 15 years of experience in product and service innovation, having previously worked at companies such as Samsung, Continuum, and IDEO. Currently, Stefano serves as a ResOps Senior Consultant and Researcher at Edenred, where they focus on enhancing service experience and developing digital services. They are also a Design Director and International Researcher at S/B Consulting, where they foster human-centric design practices. In addition, Stefano contributes to academia as a member of the Advisory Board and guest lecturer at Politecnico di Milano.
