Muhammad Waqas Ahmed has a work experience in customer service and e-commerce. Muhammad started their career as a Customer Support Executive at ibex in April 2021 and worked there until February 2022. Following that, they joined edenrobe as an E-commerce Executive (Customer Experience) in February 2022. Muhammad later became a Team Lead Customer Services at edenrobe in July 2023.

Muhammad Waqas Ahmed completed their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology from 2013 to 2017.
